Oscar Cortés is a composer, guitarist, student, facilitator, and trainer.
He is the creator of the Axis of the Heart, a self-healing practice rooted in the subtle quality of our living, resonant field.

This approach gently weaves together awareness and the body’s intelligent responses, inviting a direct and embodied experience of inner alignment.

 

A Path Shaped by Experience

His path has been shaped above all by lived experience—gradually deepened through study, research, and a sensitivity refined over time.

Twenty-six years ago, Oscar lived for three and a half years in close connection with the elders of the Kogi people in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia.

 

A Commitment to the Earth and the Living

During this same period, supported by Kogi elders, schools, universities, and the private sector, he designed and led a strategic campaign to protect the sacred Guatapurí River in his hometown of Valledupar.

This initiative was recognized as the second-best environmental strategy in the private sector in Ibero-America.

 

 

Inner Exploration and Integration of Knowledge

Over the following sixteen years, through a deep commitment to his own healing process, Oscar explored the dimensions of inner transformation.

He traveled through natural, ancestral, and energetically powerful landscapes across several continents, learning from teachers of diverse traditions while progressively integrating insights from science, philosophy, neurobiology, physics, and other disciplines.

 

An Approach Based on Resonance

From this rich convergence emerged a unique approach based on presence-based resonance, which honors and facilitates the body’s innate capacity for self-regulation and harmonious alignment.

Within this field, subtle movements often arise, gently reorganizing the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic dimensions.
These delicate transformations continue to unfold long after the session, following their own natural rhythm.
